Construction Safety Associates specializes in the development and implementation of Project Safety Management programs, and Project Management for both large and small construction projects nationwide. Our customer base consists of Automotive and Commercial Industry companies both domestic and foreign. Size of projects we manage range from $5M to $1B+ in size. We manage projects having a total workforce of construction workers ranging anywhere from 100 or less, to over 2,500.

Construction Safety Associates will coordinate your project health and safety standards. Our responsibility is to ensure that all contractors and sub-contractors comply with a comprehensive, uniform, Safety and Accident Prevention Program throughout all phases of a construction project.

2008 – Incorporated Project Management into our portfolio of services Construction Safety Associates offers to our customers in addition to our Safety Management. Our Project Managers provide organization and leadership to our client’s projects by implementing project controls, defining roles and responsibilities and developing communication protocols, and identifying the elements of project design and construction that is likely to give rise to disputes and claims. The ultimate goal is to coordinate and control a project from inception to completion aimed at meeting our client’s requirements. We strive to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on-time within authorized cost and to the required quality and safety standards. Safety Management along with our Project Management capabilities aides in the completion of the process by which a project is brought to a successful completion.
